HARLOW.
I BLOGGED TODAY BECAUSE I SIMPLY HATE SMRT & SBS. THEIR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE SIMPLY PISSED ME OFF.
FIRSTLY, SMRT, THE TRAIN JERKED 2 TIMES CAUSING PEOPLE TO FALL, ALMOST ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ARE STANDING, LOST THEIR BALANCE. FOR 2 TIMES.
SECONDLY, SBS, ATTITUDE STAFFS, I TAPPED MY CARD ALR, THE DRIVER SAY I NV TAP AND TOLD ME : " OI, U GOT TAP A NOT?, BETTER TAP" WAAAA, THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE. I AM NOT COMPLAINING THAT SBS HAS INCREASED THEIR CHARGES, BUT BY INCREASING AND YET PROVIDING SUCH LOW CLASS SERVICE. I DON'T THINK SBS SHOULD INCREASE IN THEIR CHARGES AS NOTHING HAVE IMPROVED SINCE E YEARS. ONLY IMPROVEMENTS ( TVmobile, AIRCON) NOTHING ELSE.
OH MY. HORRIBLE. AND YTD, my usual fare for bus is 67cents, but ended up I PAID 81 cents, which is so impossible, when there is no such charges.
OH MY. HORRIBLE ISN'T IT. VERY HORRIBLE. I COMPLAINED. BESIDES THAT, BEING IN SUCH A HIGHING DEVELOPING COUNTRY, SINGAPORE CANT LIVE WITH PROVIDING SUCH SERVICES. It's NOT A VERY PROUD THING. LOUSY SERVICE = LOW FARE, NOT <>, =/=, LOUSY SERVICE = HIGH FARE. this is pure nonsense. pls wake up SBS and SMRT. SERVICE PROVIDING INDUSTRIES, PLEASE IMPROVE. AND ALSO I SAW ROACHES IN BUS. THIS IS THE WORST.
